Time to experience Spain for yourself
Once everything is clear and we have the green light, it’s time to plan your viewing trip to Spain. Over the course of around three days, we’ll visit properties that have been carefully selected based on your wishes and plans. But it’s about much more than just viewing properties. We’ll explore the different areas together, enjoy some good food and drinks along the way, and of course, I’ll show you some of my favourite spots, beaches and restaurants. By the end of these days, you’ll have a clear idea of which property and which location truly feel right for you. And once you’ve found your place, our guidance doesn’t stop there. We’ll support you with the negotiations, reservation, legal process and notary. Buying a new-build property? I’ll stay involved throughout the construction process, keeping you updated on the progress and guiding you through any choices and extras. And even after you receive the keys, we’re still here for you. From aftercare to connecting you with trusted local partners if you decide to rent out your property. Because for us, the journey doesn’t end when you get the keys. The best part?
